The Paloma which is a traditional drink of the Yucatan region. The tangy yet
sweetness of ruby red grapefruit, fresh squeezed lime
juice, Sauza Hornitos Blanco Tequila and a splash of

The menu is a fiesta of familiar Tex-Mex; traditional Mexican fare; and unique dishes from the Puebla, Yucatan, Veracruz, and Oaxaca regions. A must have is Amador’s Signature Guacamole which was made tableside We were served a generous helping of guacamole bursting with fresh cilantro, roasted onions, roasted garlic, roasted tomatoes and just the right amount of lime juice. The tableside chips are very unique and fried with great flavor which is hard to describe.
Specialties include a Snapper Ceviche, Ahi Tuna Mexi-Wraps, Alberta's Enchiladas (filled with baked potato, bacon and jack cheese), Oven Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Beef Fajitas, Cochinita Pibli (slow-braised pork) and a must try are the Lobster nachos made with black beans and a generous helping of fresh lobster meat.
