Agave Azul is named after the Agave Azul (Blue Agave) plant, in which only the finest Tequila’s are produced from. We proudly carry over "150" pure 100% blue agave tequila's and counting. Agave Azul proudly serves traditional Mexican cuisine, as well as Tex-Mex. Tequila is the Spirit of Mexico, therefore at Agave Azul we incorporate Tequila in our cooking, in our margarita’s, and in our Spirit. We welcome you to enjoy our homemade corn and flour tortillas, our made from scratch recipes, and our Sopapillas drizzled in Miel de Agave (Agave Nectar).
