Need a recipe for a new cocktail? Out on the town and seeking the refreshment from the citrus-tequila goodness of a margarita? There’s an app for that. The Margaritas.com app for iPhone and Android is a margarita-lover’s best friend.
The app currently has two main features (see slideshow for screenshots):

On-the-go access to recipes on Margaritas.com.
This is a handy tool for when you are at a party or other event and quickly need to pull out a margarita recipe. The app gives you access to the extensive Margaritas.com recipe database. Step-by-step instructions help you create a great cocktail. A user rating feature gives you an idea about what other Margarita fans thought of the recipe, and you can add your own rating and review directly from the application.

Search for nearby Margaritas.
This is the coolest part of the app. How many times have you suddenly have a craving for a Margarita? Maybe you’re visiting Miami and after a day at the beach you and your friends are looking to end the day with a few margaritas. Where do you go? The app uses GPS technology to locate the nearest restaurants and bars serving great cocktails at locations around the world.
More features will be added to the Margaritas.com app soon, including user profile pictures on recipes and reviews, and a tool to locate your friends so you can find your drinking buddies.
