Muddler

Muddler – looks like a small wooden or metal bat. You use the flat end to crush and mash fruits, sugar cubes, herbs, and more to make drinks like a Mojito or a Mint Julep. Never use a varnished or lacquered muddler because poisons go into the drink. Wooden muddlers must be unvarnished and oiled.
